"Mother's Day belongs to me" Charlotte Baldamus (Eurasiers vom Jägerhof), the founder of our Eurasier Club, used to say in the 70ies ... and invited Eurasier friends and their families to a special Mother's Day meeting in Stutensee. This year's Mother's Day meeting was well organised by Ute Krämer and Alfred Müller. It took place in Waghäusel/Kirrlach, where a delicious meal was also served at the "Hundehäusel" in Kirrlach. The main attractions of the day were a walk in beautiful sunshine through fields and shady woods, followed by the presentation of the participating Eurasiers. Mrs Krämer and Mr Müller, both breed specialists with indepth knowledge, made this presentation highly interesting by pointing out the relationships of the Eurasiers and by adding a lot of background information. In the afternoon, Gisela Aach, Head of the ZG Breeding Board, gave an interesting lecture (breeding seminar part 2), which included the possibility to ask questions and discuss various subjects. This lecture was well attended by many breeders and those who would like to become one.

All in all, this meeting attracted 36 Eurasiers with their owners, and a few active members from our IFEZ partner, the EKW, participated as well.
