At the beginning of September, 48 Eurasiers of all age groups attended the annual regional Eurasier meeting in the Eifel. During this meeting, the young and youngest Eurasiers were in the center of attraction.

Especially the lively puppy gang (Wolfswiesen and Isselbruch) and their playful interaction caught the attention of everybody.

With indepth knowledge, Mrs Aach and Mrs Kirchberger presented the Eurasiers by addressing several different aspects. Outlining some Eurasier family relationships and reaching way back in Eurasier history, was part of this most interesting presentation. 

This informative introduction was followed by a lovely walk through the Eifel, which obviously included a stop at a natural fountain for a refreshing drink (easily spotted by the treacherous muddy paws afterwards).

After a hearty and delicious meal on the terrace and/or in the rooms of the restaurant "Riedener Mühlen", the lecture and following discussion rounds for all those interested in breeding was on the agenda. From time to time, our "Körmeisters" were called away from the lovely atmosphere on the terrace, as promising young Eurasiers were waiting to be assessed. Among many other things, this includes measuring the whole Eurasier.

Just as last year, the terrace developed into a "Eurasier-Forum" with lively discussions, stories and lots of information about Eurasiers. Just as we humans, our Eurasiers were also happy to meet old friends again and make new ones.
